LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort revealed the largest LEGO® Star Wars™ Days celebrations which is 40th Anniversary of Star Wars™: A New Hope, the ultimate gateway into a galaxy far, far away. To commemorate such a huge milestone for its most prized event, LEGOLAND® is pulling out all the stops to make the annual LEGO® Star Wars™ Days a memorable one by dialing up the size factor. LEGO® Star Wars™ Days is set to be the largest Star Wars™ May the 4^th celebrations in the region!

From 28 April to 31 May, LEGO® Star Wars™ Days 2017 will see LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort’s biggest celebration ever in conjunction with the 40^th anniversary of Star Wars and the 5^th anniversary of LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort.

LEGO® Star Wars™ Days 2017 will run over the course of 34 days and across 5 weekends (28 April-31 May 2017) with a variety of exciting and entertaining daily activities for the whole family.

Mark our calendars to be part of the most awesome galactic celebration of the year:

1.  Immerse Yourself in the Epic Battles through LEGO® Star Wars^TM Miniland‘Live’
The largest LEGO® Star Wars™ MINILAND Model Display is the only one of its kind in Asia, where models are built with over 1.5 million LEGO® bricks. The exhibit is made up of seven rooms each depicting scenes from each Star Wars™ movie, in chronological order. In LEGO® Star Wars™ Live, guests can look forward to the most avid storytelling experience at LEGO® Star Wars™ Miniland with the Model Citizens who are specially dressed in Star Wars™costumes.

2.   Join the Largest Imperial March in the Region (13^th & 14^th May 2017 only)
Over 100 Star Wars™ characters marching down the streets of LEGOLAND® Malaysia is definitely a sight to see. But what if you could be a part of it? The Imperial March will be led by the most devout fans of the Star Wars™ universe – 501^st Legion and Rebel Legion – setting up an intense clash of the dark and light side. What is truly remarkable is that guests have a once in a lifetime chance to make a true memory by participating in the huge march as well!

3.   Take a Picture with Our Dancing Stormtroopers
Put your dancing shoes on as you’ll find dancing Stormtroopers and Star Wars™ characters around the park. The cutest Dark Lord himself, LEGO® Darth Vader, will make special appearances so be sure to take a picture with him if (and it’s a big if!) you get the chance to. Also, endless photo opportunities with Star Wars™ characters including Jedi, Storm Troopers and Princess Leia will start on 29^th of April and continue for subsequent weekends.

4.   Remember the Toughest Princess in a Galaxy Far, Far Away
LEGOLAND® will be hosting a commemorative session to honour the People’s Princess – the toughest galactic princess ever.

5.   Dig Deep into Your Star Wars™ Memory Chest at the Star Wars™ Trivia Hunt
Prove your Star Wars™ worth by embarking on an awesome Star Wars™ scavenger hunt in LEGOLAND to solve our special quiz.

6.   Spot the Stormtrooper
Take a good hard look on our Model Citizen’s vests. If you spot a Stormtrooper minifigure, you get to redeem a mystery prize at the admission counter.

7.   Become the Jedi Warrior of Your Dreams in Jedi Academy
This should be everyone’s dreams. You’ll get your chance at LEGOLAND®. Let our Master Jedis train you to master the force at the Jedi Academy. Young Padawans who prove their skills and master the Force will be presented with an awesome LEGOLAND® Jedi Academy Certificate.

8.   Be a Star Wars™Jetsetter with Our LEGOLAND® Star Wars™ Passport
The passport will be given to all of our younger guests, who need to collect stamps from all LEGO® Star Wars™ Days activities such as giant R2D2 build, Star Wars™ World build, Trivia Hunt, Jedi Academy and Speed Building competition. The lucky Padawans who collect all stamps will stand a chance to redeem it for a special commemorative brick – awarded on a first come, first serve basis.
9.   Help us build a LEGO® Star Wars™ mural
A huge LEGO® Star Wars™mural lies in LEGOLAND® Hotel and we need only the bravest galactic artists to help us complete it. *Only for LEGOLAND® Hotel guests.

10.  Star Wars™ Movie Nights
An ode to the original Star Wars™ films, LEGOLAND® Hotel will be screening the first two episodes of the epic Star Wars saga every night from 9.30pm onwards.

Lovely Bonding Moments !

We are having fun day out in Dorsett Grand Subang. This is the first time mouse mommy joining Easter Day Celebration with MR in Dorsett Grand Subang. We had been welcomed with a delicious Easter Brunch Buffet at Terazza Brasserie with an outdoor garden and swimming pool. There are many dishes available at the brunch buffet from appetizers to desserts. Mouse mommy was fancy the Brulee cream desserts and had eaten for five cups of it. The taste was yummy! MR's favourite ice cream was available too with five flavors to choose from. MR choose the chocolate flavor and topping with chocolate chips. He loves it so much! After we had our brunch, we are ready to join and explore the activities together!

There are many exciting activities that we are joining together... Wow! full schedule of the day from Egg hunt. Hmm... parents and kids walking around the garden to find the hidden colourful eggs, some hidden behind the trees, some at the rock path way and so on. A great activity to train the kids' eyes and hands coordination and problem solving skills.

After the egg hunts, the organiser has prepare a grand prize of Faber-Castell 48 colour pencils for the kid that collected the most Easter eggs. The second activity was biscuit decoration. Mouse mommy loves this activity so much. The in-house friendly Chef was happily to share with us the ingredients that available such as dark chocolate dip, white chocolate dip, chocolate rice, colourful chocolate chips and multiple colour of edible creams for the biscuit decoration purpose. Each of the kids was provided 2 pieces of macadamia biscuits and a box to take home the creation of their own creation. So thoughtful of Dorsett Grand Subang! Thumbs up!

MR was exciting to start decorating his own macadamia biscuit once the Chef has done the demonstration session. He said that there are two biscuits there that one represent mouse mommy and the other one represent MR. So sweet of my little darling! MR choose his favourite green and orange colour of edible pastry cream and start to decorate the biscuit on his own without mouse mommy help out.

MR was drawing the Sun by using orange colour edible pastry cream.

MR was sprinkle some chocolate chips to decorate his creation.

After decorating the two biscuits, MR was starting to draw sun, clouds and grasses to create a sunny day picture by using the edible pastry cream and of course finished his "drawing" by the chocolate chips that he loves! Oh ya, MR wants to attach with mommy too and he put both of the macadamia biscuits "hold hands" together-gather... my lovely naughty boy. Mouse mommy was happy that the biscuits decoration activity able to encourage kid's creativity and imaginative mindset. Awesome activity and mouse mommy was happy with the helpful and friendliness staffs!

Last but not least, bubbles making bring laugh and happiness to all especially the kids! All the kids were making their own bubbles and chasing the bubbles to pop it. Mouse mommy feeling great too and snapping many many happy moment photos for the kids.

A day that full of activities with kids, a great bonding moments that will keep in our memories- our special moments! Haha... not the end of story yet, both of us was "collapsed" once reached home. A sweet dream till tomorrow......

Shhh... mouse mommy was looking forward Dorsett Grand Subang Mother's Day Celebration in the month of May too. Thank you and appreciate mummy that loving and taking care of us so much!

Others than that, let’s have some Mummy & Me Time activities by guessing the personalize juice making by the Daddy or Child. Of course, Mom needs to participate too. Mom will be blind folded and the other team member (can be child/hubby) will blend some items for mom to taste. Mom needs to make a guess what is blended. The one with the correct answer will win.

Besides that, there will be a lovely flower crafting competition too. Let’s supports go green! The family with mummy will make flowers from recycled materials such as old magazines, newspaper and so on. The most creative top three will win a prize.
